Rithmer — Advanced Interval & Breathwork Timer for iPhone

Rithmer

Advanced Interval & Breathwork Timer for Focus, Flow, and Calm

Design powerful time‑based sequences for breathwork, training, focus, and calm

Build custom blocks, loop them with intelligent adjustments, add subtle audio & haptic cues, save reusable presets, and track where your time goes. Works offline. No ads.

How it works

Add blocks like Inhale , Hold , Exhale , Work , or Rest . Repeat them all, or in custom groups. Optionally increase or decrease block durations each loop. Choose interval, count, or end‑of‑block cues.

  • Set cue mode: interval beeps, quarter‑marks, or block‑end bells
  • Enable loop deltas for progressive holds or ladders
  • Save as presets and reload anytime

Benefits

  • Build any interval: breathwork cycles, EMOM, Tabata, AMRAP, Pomodoro, yoga flows, stretch sets, rehab, or study sprints.
  • Custom blocks with names, durations, and cue modes.
  • Loop adjustments per repetition for progressive overload or easing off.
  • Subtle audio bells and haptics that don’t break your focus.
  • Quarter‑mark and interval cues for long meditations or runs.
  • Save sessions, duplicate, rename, and manage your library.
  • Quick‑view: see the next‑run duration of upcoming blocks.
  • Simple Reports: track time by category (Mindfulness, Workout, Productivity) and scope (H/D/W/M).
  • Privacy‑first: on‑device data, no accounts, no tracking.
  • Designed for iPhone with clean, high‑contrast typography.

FAQ

Does it work offline?

Yes. All configurations and purchases remain on-device.

Do you track my data?

No. We don’t collect personal data. Purchases are processed by Apple.

Can I create progressive holds or ladders?

Yes. Use loop adjustments to add or subtract seconds each repetition for breathwork ladders, EMOM progressions, or tapering cooldowns.

What cue options are available?

Choose subtle audio bells and haptics at fixed intervals, at quarter marks for long blocks, or only at block ends. You can keep the screen off and still receive cues.

Will sounds play with music, podcasts, or in Silent Mode?

Yes, cues are designed to coexist with your audio. Haptics provide tactile feedback when you prefer silence. Make sure your device isn’t in Do Not Disturb if you rely on sound.

Can I save and reuse my sessions?

Yes. Save any design as a preset, duplicate it, rename it, and keep a personal library for different routines.

Is there a history or report view?

A lightweight Reports view totals your time by category (Mindfulness, Workout, Productivity, etc.) across day, week, month, and custom ranges.

Does it work for Pomodoro or study sprints?

Absolutely. Create Focus/Break blocks, add a longer break every few loops, and enable quarter-mark cues for long concentration blocks.

Can I export or sync my data?

Your data is on-device by default. Export and sync options aren’t required to use the app; if you need them, let us know via support and we’ll prioritize accordingly.

Does it support Apple Watch?

Not yet. The iPhone experience is the focus. If Apple Watch is important to your workflow, tell us—community demand helps shape the roadmap.

Will the timer keep running if the screen locks?

Yes. Sessions continue with audio and haptic cues while the screen is off so you can train or meditate without watching the display.

What’s the pricing?

There’s a free core experience. Optional premium features unlock advanced capabilities. Pricing and features may vary by region per App Store. One‑time purchase — no subscriptions.

Accessibility?

High-contrast typography, large timers, and VoiceOver-friendly controls are used wherever possible to keep the experience legible and simple.
